ixContinuity is a comprehensive software solution for crisis management, emergency planning, and business continuity management. It contains ixArma, our Alarm Server Software. ixArma is a fully scalable and geo-redundant Alarm Server available in the Cloud and “On-Premise”. It always comes with an APP (Android and IOS) at no extra cost in the standard version. ixArma is a true all-channel and multiple-way Alarm Server, handling alarms via Phone, Notifications, Text-to-speech, Emails, SMS, Pagers, Printers, and of course, our Apps in Android and IOS.
ixContinuity is a modular software, meaning the sky is the limit if it comes to flexibility and a client’s needs.
ixContinuity is written in Java (already available in version 3), whereas the user interface uses mainly PHP and a framework.

ixConnect is a complementary Product for our ixArma Software. It serves as a funnel to collect Alarm Incidents from various sources (Building Automation, Sensors, Burglary Alarms, Fire Alarms, and much more) at the customer’s premises.
All these Alarm Incidents will be handled through our ixArma Console, enabling one to trigger and distribute a variety of alarms. Or, in case of a technical alarm, the system will activate and route alarms defined by the clients automatically.
Our ixConnect software comes with a clean, easy-to-handle user interface and is written in Java. It runs on all Linux distributions, including Red Hat (Fedora), Arch Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, and many more.
Our ixArmaApp is a modern and versatile APP that allows users to trigger and receive all kinds of alarms. ixArma APP is available for Android and IOS Phones and Tablets.
ISANDOWEB is our sophisticated Intranet/Extranet solution, allowing customers to manage their client data (CRM), offering multi-channel support (Ticketing), and monitoring time spent for clients and projects through Clockstar.
We tried multiple ready-made solutions available on the market but concluded that we needed modular software to cover our needs. Hence, we started developing our own Intranet/Extranet solution with the idea in mind to supercharge our workflows through intuitive handling.
Starting from our CRM, a user can store contact data and sales and support activities, interact with clients in multiple ways, handle support tickets, send out notifications and newsletters, track time for various projects and activities, create knowledge bases, and much more.
Clockstar is a fully-fledged time tracking software that was built in a live environment, making sure a smooth and versatile use in day-to-day business. “Clockstar” is a part of our sophisticated ISANDOWEB Intranet/Extranet solution, allowing customers to manage their client data (CRM), offering multi-channel support (Ticketing) and monitoring time spent for clients and projects through Clockstar.
Being a substantial part of ISANDOWEB, our Intranet and Extranet solution, ISANDO Knowledge-Base, offers an excellent way to teach users. It has a modern interface, is multi-lingual, and has many features.
