ISANDO CAPITAL is a privately held holding and financial company with offices in Switzerland, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Ireland. All of our activities are managed from our headquarters in Switzerland and Cyprus, ranging from the administration of our subsidiaries and branches to trademark registration, investment evaluation, and licensing.

In recent years, we have built a strong investment portfolio based on the companies we have acquired in Switzerland. Switzerland offers excellent conditions in terms of its legal and tax frameworks, as well as refinancing opportunities. Furthermore, according to a study, over 80,000 companies are set to undergo a change in ownership in the coming years. This opens up outstanding business opportunities for us in the areas of AI, cloud computing, custom software development, and, as always, digitalization.

Furthermore, we have built our own software portfolio with significant potential, protected by strong European and Swiss brands, which enables us to implement successful marketing strategies and achieve outstanding sales results.

With the support of a Swiss-based leasing and finance company—and, if necessary, a regional bank—we are able to make even larger investments (seed financing) on our own. In doing so, we take on the riskiest part of the project financing for every new project out of belief.

Starting with offices in Ireland and Switzerland, we now maintain multiple locations across Europe, and investments in software engineering, app development, database engineering, and cloud services in our own data centers have become a key part of our business. In addition, in collaboration with oneICT (Nexus Group), we offer clients comprehensive services in the areas of cyber risk prevention and IT risk management. This has always been an integral part of our business, as protection against cyber threats offers excellent growth opportunities.

We have successfully transitioned from a local company to a renowned international firm.
